Ditto, I started going out drinking since 15, but never drank to excess until I was probably 17 or so.menzo2003 wrote:

It's 20 here, still too high, should be 16, or perhaps even 18, but not a day over 18.

No because if you look at the cultures that allow it earlier teens get used to it in a safe family environment. If you keep a Nazi watch over you kids for 21 years when they are free they will go crazy and do loads of stupid shit because they don't know their limits.SirSchloppy wrote:

15/16 is fine. I started with family miles younger, and got used to it fine. If you make shit into a big deal you just make it worse.

Knowing our government, they will find a way to make them illegal as well.FloppY_ wrote:

Sorry dude, but if you need the government and courts to tell you what is and what is not safe, you need to work on your common sense. I say let it be on the market regardless of what its effects are. If people want to drink it, let them. No one has made purchasing vodka/Jägermeister and Red Bull at the same time illegal, have they? No. Then why is this illegal?Stubbee wrote:

Gay.
Imagine the multimillion dollar lawsuits from victims of drunk drivers who were drunk but the caffeine made them feel safe to drive?
Of course there is nothing to stop people from mixing but a company should never have a product that increases the risk of people driving under the influence.
