My friend and I had been doing rather well over a few maps and then we got to sharqi. My mate was pilot and another squaddie was his gunner. The gunner wasn't too crash hot so I thought I'd jump in and give it a razz.
Some other fella kept on beating me to the chopper everytime it spawned however, which is fine and I'd normally be happy for him, except that he was shit. Beyond shit. He was a three year old and the TV weapon was his penis... he sprayed that fucking thing EVERYWHERE.
So, there we are on the helipad, me, my mate and the other fella. Two times previous to this even with E pressed I missed out.
That was when I knifed him in the head.
I felt terrible, honestly. Sure, we laughed ourselves spastic for a while (we are grown men after all and vehicle tk'ing is awful), but eventually I got through the guilt and went on to a monster 67 points, 25 kills and 9 deaths (that's good for me).
So there you are. I do feel wrong having done it. I'm never going to pop my punish cherry though unless the person did it intentionally (like tk'ing me for a vehicle).
Here's the point to the thread....
does the fact that we turned the tide of the battle and won it in that heli excuse me for what I did?
