I once lost my keys when I was a kid.

Ever since then, I check them at least once every five minutes, and if they're gone, I panic.

Same goes for wallet, phone, USB sticks and everything else that I might have in my pockets.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Yeah, I always make sure I have my wallet. My whole life is in the wallet. Luckily I only have to care about two things, phone and wallet. Phone acts as a phone, mp3 player, camera and usb stick all in one. And wallet has the cards, money, keys etc..

Consolidate all of lifes crap into two things

Same, also I once lost my sunglasses on the bus, (really awesome ones) so every time I get off the bus I check all my pockets like mad.

Whenever my brother forgets his keys he knocks on my window (since I'm on the bottom floor).

Usually at around 3-4AM.

Last time I didn't get up, so he had to sleep on the step. Serves the fucker right.

when we first moved into this house it didnt have double glazing, and i got locked out.

so i got a drill out the garage, drilled a hole under a window latch, opened up this tiny side window and sort of fell through it. then filled the hole with polyfiller.

I once broke a mate into his own home, with nothing more than coat-hanger, after he'd locked himself out.

True story.

My sister's friend locked her keys in her car. After using a wired coat-hangar to open the lock, I did not get the "special" thank you.

I have become a professional at that, I lock my keys in my truck all the time. It's a habit hitting the lock down when I get out, because I don't have power locks. Just gotta slip the coat hanger between the door and fish around and get the lock.

I tend to do the same thing... with out even realizing it. I only notice I am doing it when I tap my pocket and don't feel what I am looking for.

I remember when I first started driving I tapped my keys pocket, they weren't there and I started to panic a little until I realized since I was driving they were probably in the ignition....

MIT guide FTW!

Srsly, when I'm locked out, I go in the basement window, and disable the alarm (I'm fast). Either that or I go dig up the key that's buried 3 ft down in my backyard...
