Okay, so I just got promoted to 2nd Lt. this week, and I decided it was time for me to earn my, uh, Basic Command Badge. (Pause, to allow you to get the laughter out of your systems.)
Now then. The BF2S Wiki says something to the effect of, Kills do not add to your score, but personal achievements do. So I dropped artillery on the enemy, got some kills, my score didn't change. So far so good. I pull out the shotgun and get an infantry kill. That doesn't give me points either, but it does list it as a kill. Okay, that makes sense. I pull out shock paddles and revive a teammate. No points for that--hold on, isn't that a "personal achievement"? Where are my points? I also noticed no points for flag capture/neutralize/assists, either. In fact it seemed like the only thing that actively gave me points were supply drops.
So I guess I'm asking, basically, how does the commander scoring work? What gives you points, what doesn't? (Bonus question: do infantry kills, revives, repairs etc. still count in your stats?)
