So, building a rig for a friend. Wondering if this all looks OK. My major concerns are on the vid card (maybe a GTX 275?) the RAM (not sure on this one tbh) and CPU cooler.

That but don't pay extra for factory OC. Get either stock GTX 260 C216 or GTX 275.[HOF]Mercenary wrote:

Actually Crucial and their Ballistix series are one of the best RAM' available on the market.CrazeD wrote:
Ballistix is shit, get G.Skill or OCZ. This stuff is good.
I recommend the ASUS M4A79 Deluxe motherboard. One of the best for OC'ing.
Also, you'll want to pick up three 120mm fans for that case. Two for the front, one for the side - it only comes with top/rear fans.
EDIT: @nickb64: you posted a graphics card as the link to the case. :p And the Antec 300 is actually pretty awesome considering its price. I've had one for 7 months now and I absolutely <3 it. Awesome cooling.

While Ballistix is decent (if you don't get a defective set), saying it's one of the best available is not true. When they first came out they were considered a godsend, but now other manufacturers have caught up and the more reliable makers have surpassed them with speed and build quality..Sup wrote:
