Also, recommend me a different mobo and DDR3 RAM if it will make a big difference. I was originally planning a Phenom 2 940be, but newegg deactivated, and MicroCenter doesn't seem to carry them at the local store any more. I'd like to keep it within my current budget of around $1500-1600, as low as possible.
It currently sits @ $1423.71 and I'm not sure if my current keyboard is Vista compatible, so I want to leave a little for a keyboard if it's not...
I don't really plan to OC right away, eventually. I might up it to 3.4 ghz like the 965 for the heck of it.
I'm not set on getting that HDD either, it looked decent for the price, and I don't really need more than 300GB even, but extra space is better than no space, lol.
