"Green Zone" -- directed by Paul Greengrass, the same director of all three Bourne movies. Matt Damon, actor for the character Jason Bourne. Should be pretty sweet, no?
Then a 4th Bourne movie is in the works: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1194173/

Or is he?baggs wrote:
really no need for a 4th Bourne film, he is David Webb now.
Yes, but if you've read the original Bourne books, he becomes David Webb at the end of the first book again, too. Then in the second book he is forced to return as the real Jason Bourne and hunt down a copy-cat Jason Bourne that is operating in southeast Asia (where the original Jason Bourne was created after Webb's wife and child were killed during the Vietnam War), namely Macao in the second book. Not read the third one, yet ... But so you see - David Webb can always become Jason Bourne again.baggs wrote:

There have been a couple extra Bourne books that are based off the Ludlum books. I've not read them, just the little descriptions on the backs of em at the store...burnzz wrote:
didn't Eric Van Lustbader write #4? anyways,
I've read them. They're different in style, so if you like the first ones, you won't necessarily like the newer ones.CapnNismo wrote:

Yea, but the events in the film are also radically different from the events in the movie. The only real similarities are the names of characters. Everything else is totally different. Like Matt said in the interview there that was posted on IMDB, if the script is right, then the movie will be good and it won't matter.baggs wrote:
But as the events in the film are portrayed, you can't make Bourne #4. You just can't, it'll ruin the previous 3 films.
