Cut my fillport hole:
Ran my cables using the cable clamps. First time using them instead of zip ties, gotta say I'm sold on them, wont be going back.
Just make sure to use short screws so you dont hit the mobo.

Patience, I want to fabricate and mount the diffuser before filling the WC, the tubes run through it, so if I filled it now, I would have to disconnect and fill it again later.CapnNismo wrote:

I think this is exactly the reason why I could never do any cool cooling systems - I'm far too impatient when I get new toys.
I usually am, and it made me unsatisfied with my last build. I have some time with this one cause some of the parts took awhile to get. That helped, and with buying a new house and shopping for a car, there hasn't been time for gaming so the laptop has been more than enough for me.CapnNismo wrote:

Quite awhile, I was waiting for so long for Swiftech to release their 1156 adaptor plate for the Apogee GTZ, but they are being slouches on that front. I'm probably gonna make the diffuser Monday night, after that, I can complete this build. I woulda rushed it because I wanted to get MW2 but since that game is a bust, I really had no reason to cut corners.

True, right now you could say that the hardware is quite far ahead of the software, but DX11 is around the corner to change it all, I guess.
