Slow the flow down. That'll give the air more time to escape in the res.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

I've got the single speed pump.... I've just been starting and stopping it... getting better.
Slowly but surely...

Did you happen to test the components before putting them all in the case and setting up the water cooling system???

Sounds like something I'd forget to do.

Well I would certainly do it in this case seeing as how you're going through all this work to get everything running in such a confined space - I doubt you can really RMA any of it now, either, huh?

sure I can... just put the stock coolers back on. Yeah I forgot to test everything with moving and all, I know the vid card, PSU, and optical components were working. I'm going to test all my connections when I get back from the car dealership.

thanks... Win 7 installed, posting from the comp right now, also talked the dealership down 3.5k on the car and am getting snow tires thrown in! double success! today is a good day!

Edit: Still don't have the side panel window done, but I may have a machinist do that so that it comes out perfect.

Soooooo... this is where she stands until I get the side panel cut, and find my blue dye...
The side panel will probably be from about 5mm above the diffuser, 5mm out from the back fan, and hugging the top part that holds the PSU.
Will gal it in the first post:

Very nice looking PC. Haven't seen many that kind of radiator covers, self made or bought? Looks pretty sweet.

How much does your average water cooling system cost? Like, maybe a "beginner's kit"?

made that, thanks, it took about 4-5 hours to get it right. 5mm plexi, sanded with 80 grit paper. you need to do a lot of measuring as the holes in the top have to mirror the holes you cut in the bottom of the case. you need:
- 4 1/2" mm hole saw - 114mm
- 1" hole saw - 25.4 mm
- couple different drill bits
- caliper
- table saw
- 5mm plexi
- grommets
- fan grills

Its obv not as bright irl as in the pics, It looks kind of like a block of ice with light shining through it in the bottom of my pc.

well in canadian:

triple rad: $54

double rad: $47 <---- I recommend getting a fat boy double rad, the triple rad is a space hog, and is far less versatile, woulda went with a double if  I didnt already have a triple.

pump: MCP655  $72 - MCP355 - $68 pump tops: 665- $40 355 - $38  (the 355 is more versatile but less powerful, very good if you have 2 seperate loops)

Reservoir: $15-70 depending on what you want, so may different versions available

Cpu block: $55

Gpu water block: $107

tubing: $18

fittings: compression (pair) - $10   Barb/hose clamp (pair) $4/$1.50

distilled water w/ additive: $10

So min $350 for a dual rad, cpu, gpu full coverage, res, 355 w/o top. you could take $50 off by using a universal gpu block.
What I did though, was keep an eye on sales and pick up one piece at a time as it went on sale, over a few months. A radiator and pump will last pretty much forever and wont become obsolete so get those first, cause you my switch your build up in the amount of time it takes to get it all.
really important: you need to plan it out well, and select a case that will work well with it. If you want to do it, it takes alot more work and care than simply slapping on a aftermarket air cooler, and only benifits in silence, and if you OC, and from a hobbyists point of veiw. Its expensive to get initially, but you can flip your res/rad/pump/cpu block through multiple pcs. The cpu block only if you can get adapter plates for it.

you can also get stuff like this to, but I prefer to make up a more specific one to my needs for ~10% more.

Ya, I kinda figured it would somewhere around that. I imagine it'd cost €350 here, then. Not sure where I could even source the parts here in Austria, I'd have to ask my friend. That's really nice, Nic. Keep it up!
