I has a sexbox
I dont know anybody who has a PS3, so they are pointless. For me, anyway.

How is multiplayer compared to PC
Depends - competitive doesnt really exist, however, for casual, it is great fun. I find I get a LOT less problems from kiddies who dont know how to play, hackusations, etc. (no keyboards!)
Lack of dedicated servers hits home hard in some matches if the host has a poor connection - although I rarely get this, some people make out that it is the norm

How is using a jobstick toggle button anywheres near as accurate as a mouse
Its nowhere near as accurate, however, for most things on console games, its not required to be as accurate. Sniping is either a love or hate. You get used to it.

Name some awesome games and hows the multiplayer for them
GEARS OF WAR. 1 & 2. Eats shitty Fail of Duty for breakfast on every available front.
Forza3 is also fantastic.

Can a 360 play split screen but on two different tv's
Dont know - rarely play split-screen. Just play with friends via XBL.

Convince me why i should get one or give reasons why i should not.
Pro's:
Games are designed for the console's hardware, not just the lower end of the market as with (most) PC games (take BF2, for example).
Gears of War.
Great for casual gaming.
Con's:
I find games last less time.
Strategy games are harder to play (i.e. CnC3/RA3, etc) from a lack of buttons.
Lack of dedicated servers.
Lack of a competitive scene.
