I dl at like 1.7mb/s but my upload speed trickles form like 50kb to 300kb. whats the deal? i has cox cable

Sounds about right for cable. I have 8 down and .5 up. costs an arm and a leg to get more than .5 from any cable provider I've seen (at least around here)SealXo wrote:
