Hey guys... this is the über guide to being another unwanted n00b to the BF2 community. Try your best to NOT follow these instructions.

1. Guide to being a n00b in general.

1.1: TALK IN ALL CAPS ON THE CHAT.

1.2: TaLk LiK3 t#I§

2. Guide to being an unwanted vehicle n00b.

2.1: Be a sniper. Use your M95. What do you think DICE made it for? To shoot enemies with? They made it to shoot pilots in YOUR plane out of the cockpit.

2.2: If the last tip failed, stand in front of the plane with your finger on the PgDown key.

2.3: Run all people down in front of your plane/tank.

2.4: Get a keyboard like this:

There's no need to forgive a TKer. It's their fault that they a) weren't looking in front of their vehicle, b) can't tell the difference between skins, and knowing this, didn't look at the tag, c) used weapons with splash damage, d) didn't look before they bombed.

What the hell does noob actually mean?, when I first heard it a though it meant someone who is new to the game and doesn't know the ropes yet, but I've seen people with high ranks being pr*&ks online.

I never use the word Noob ingame, i usually use the word Twat or Prick instead. I dont need to explain to someone why I just called them that, they already know.

noob is short for newbie. your first thought was right. somehow when people call experienced players "n00bs" they get some sort of childish pleasure, under the pretense that it's some sort of insult. but it's not.

see here's how it works:

calling a veteran a noob = calling a veteran a "dummy." Example: "OMG you got shot down coz I missed that AA with the TV, you noob!!11"

calling an actual newbie a noob = calling a baby a baby. Example: "OMG you can't even cook your own food, you baby!!!!1 rofl!11"
result: nothing.

grow up, noob-callers.
