Hey, I'm new to this forum, but I'm building an overclocked i-920 and I want to do it right. I've heard that this forum has a lot of knowledgeable members.
To start things off, I am using an Antech Neo-Power 550W that I think is missing two PCI-e cables necessary for my new Gigabyte HD 5830 GPU. My brother has a Corsair HX-520 PSU that has those extra cables. So they should work right? (I know what you're thinking, but I just want to be sure.)
Alternatively, I can use two separate adapters that convert a peripheral adapter to PCI-e. I wonder if it is safe to use these when there are three things connected in-line?
Thanks for any help.
