Get over it, holy shit. I can talk and talk about how the Jets would've won the game if they'd gotten the ball back but they DIDN'T. Playing football by what-ifs is pointless. The Bears lost. Get the fuck over it.
I am over it. Just pointing some things out. There is always next year, hopefully the Bears improve their offense because by God they need to improve it. We can't just rely on our defense to do the work for us.
Poseidon has a lot more to consider when it comes to what ifs. For instance, if Sanchez's arm was going forward when they called the fumble on the field. I think they made the right call, his arm went forward, but only after the ball popped. There had to be indisputable evidence to over rule the field call..
But rather than focus on things like that. He manned up and at least appreciates the fact that his team took both Brady, and Manning out of Superbowl contention. No easy feat to be sure.
Precisely. Simply put, the Jets didn't show up in the first half. That is why they lost. No "oh but if they..". This team disappoints me constantly, but I'll always be a fan. I'm over it, and I'm looking towards the hellish free agency the Jets will be facing.
http://www.nyjetscap.com/freeagents.htmlEllis is too old and can be replaced with someone in the draft, Weatherford was okay but lost it in the last games, Hunter was a phenomenal replacement for Damien Woody, Richardson will be replaced by The Terminator (John Conner), and I'm thinking Edwards will be resigned. There's no way they let Holmes go either. Dunno what they'll do about Cromartie.
P.S., that was definitely a fumble. No forward motion. Not really Sanchez's fault though, the O-Line is held responsible for that kind of stuff.
