hm, well in the past 10 months, i haven't eaten any type of junk food, desserts, sweets, or anything you would consider unhealthy. i haven't drank anything besides water in that time period.
that puts me in the 99%, and that's not even considering my entire nutritional plan, let alone exercise
what is your typical food intake per day? be specific.
breakfast > protein shake consisting of protein powder, soy milk, and various fruits.
snack > protein bar
lunch > sandwich with wheat bread, turkey, lettuce, tomatos, pickles and cucumbers
snack > nuts, rice cakes, fruit, special k/corn flakes cereal with soy milk, and other stuff like that
dinner > some type of meat with other vegetables/grains
that's basically what i eat everyday

hmm i don't think so. i know for a fact that i'm healthier then 99% of the population, so i'll keep drinking 8 ounces every hour.
If that were true, which I bet it's not. Your still using a fallacy of correlation.
Drinking enough water is healthy, drinking too little or too much (as with anything) is not.
a gallon a day isn't that bad. you can't say it's not healthy, there's conflicting research
