Kmar, if somebody pees often, as opposed to holding it for a while, would their bladder shrink due to the bladder space not being used on a regular basis?

I used to pee a lot quite often back in Switzerland. The morning I would wake up and have pancakes and hot chocolate, I'd head to school and have a croissant at the first break, then lunch rolled around and I had a meal with 3dl of coca-cola. This isn't much in itself. I wouldn't go to the restroom until I got home. Then at home I would drink at least 1l of ice tea everyday after school. Then I would have to pee in about 1 hour and I peed a LOOOOT.

Now I drink very little, I despise the taste of the water here, and the other drinks are all fruit juices. I have to pee more frequently and much less comes out.

I think the bladder does adapt.

I usually wear these, really comfortable and my ex girlfriend would go nuts over me when I wore them around the bedroom

They look quite form-fitting. I can understand how she'd like that.

I much prefer boxer-briefs over boxers. I buy one size up from what my waist is so they don't fit too snug. Easy, breezy, beautiful, crotch.

The ones I posted? They're made by Bonds (obviously). They're the seamless trunks, or very similar are the side-seam free trunks.

I think you should have your prostate examined.
That is very frequent urination you should definitely get that checked out. Could be many things urinary tract, irritable bladder or as Kmar suggested enlarged prostate.
even if i literally drink 10 ounces of hour every single hour?  i don't know, i thought it was normal when you're drinking that much
probably, but it sure isn't normal (or healthy) to drink that much.

1. Many nutrients are water soluble. By drinking excess water you are flushing them out of your system before they can be absorbed. Which can cause anything from exhaustion to heart arrhythmia.

2. It's a common sign of diabetes. Not so much a cause but a symptom.

hmm i don't think so.  i know for a fact that i'm healthier then 99% of the population, so i'll keep drinking 8 ounces every hour.

hm, well in the past 10 months, i haven't eaten any type of junk food, desserts, sweets, or anything you would consider unhealthy.  i haven't drank anything besides water in that time period.

that puts me in the 99%, and that's not even considering my entire nutritional plan, let alone exercise

what is your typical food intake per day?  be specific.

If that were true, which I bet it's not. Your still using a fallacy of correlation.

Drinking enough water is healthy, drinking too little or too much (as with anything) is not.

breakfast > protein shake consisting of protein powder, soy milk, and various fruits.
snack > protein bar
lunch > sandwich with wheat bread, turkey, lettuce, tomatos, pickles and cucumbers
snack > nuts, rice cakes, fruit, special k/corn flakes cereal with soy milk, and other stuff like that
dinner > some type of meat with other vegetables/grains

that's basically what i eat everyday

a gallon a day isn't that bad.  you can't say it's not healthy, there's conflicting research
