His reason for giving negative feedback was stupid yeah, but a company should treat their customers a bit better than threatening to go to court right off the bat. Just look at the responses they give to the people that give neg. feedback, it's ridiculous. Randomly accusing people of lying, fraud and spurring others to ban them, they're not taking any initiative to solve the situation reasonably either. Ironically they're also calling others rude.
I would withdraw the negative feedback because you weren't right in dishing it out in the first place but I sure as hell wouldn't give them positive feedback either. Instead of asking what the problem was when confronted with it their first reaction is "withdraw or we'll sue your ass!". That's not how you're supposed to deal with customers.
