Actually the only time i did not receive an item i ordered from Ebay it was from some Chinese business, i sent em a message and they sent another item free of charge with apologies, nice of em, but i must admit...delays are long.

Well, clearly both are in the wrong here.

Camm decided that pursuing the issue wasn't worth his time but putting a dent on their eBay reputation was.
The company decided to resort to threats rather than resolving it first.

His reason for giving negative feedback was stupid yeah, but a company should treat their customers a bit better than threatening to go to court right off the bat. Just look at the responses they give to the people that give neg. feedback, it's ridiculous. Randomly accusing people of lying, fraud and spurring others to ban them, they're not taking any initiative to solve the situation reasonably either. Ironically they're also calling others rude.

I would withdraw the negative feedback because you weren't right in dishing it out in the first place but I sure as hell wouldn't give them positive feedback either. Instead of asking what the problem was when confronted with it their first reaction is "withdraw or we'll sue your ass!". That's not how you're supposed to deal with customers.

Yeah but they could have followed it up through eBay first.
I agree it was a douche act from Camm, but being a company surely they should have acted in a more professional manner.
