Good luck marketing "Hawaiian" pizza as just "ham and pineapple" just for the sake of fixing your technicality.Chardee MacDennis wrote:

If I called up a local pizza place and ordered ham and pineapple on my pizza they would probably tell me call dominoes or kms.
Chicago style pizza is awesome, lots of carbs and cheese, with a pitcher of beer, a true way to dine!
Mushroom, pineapple, tomatoes and extra cheese. WIN

Wisest advice in this entire thread so far.
In fact, I have some more pizza advice. Clearly, nobody in this thread (myself included) knows enough about pizza to make a final call, so in all fairness I propose the following;
We all need to eat more pizza.
Yup, to...you know...build up an objective opinion concerning good food, and not at all to use as a quarter-arsed excuse to stuff our collective faces full of good pizza.
If you think about it, eating more pizza is about being open minded, culturally sensitive, racial harmony, the whales, greenpeace, and is nothing like a quarter-arsed excuse to stuff our collective faces full of good pizza

So, butter chicken is a pretty good topping. I haven't tried green curry, but I imagine it'd be pretty good.
Hawaiian is not an acquired taste, more a coming together of ham, pineapple, and bread. If you like all of thse, you'll love hawaiian pizza. I don't like it, but I don't hate it. Add some bacon and it gains +2/10, add BBQ sauce on top of the bacon and its an extra +1/10 on top of that.
