There is no upgrade path to YachtSoft 2025, we suggest you buy a new yacht.

I signed up to do a running weekend early May. Fri - 1mile, Sat 10k then 5k, Sun half marathon.

I got sick before going on vacation so had a full 2 weeks off running. I have 1 month to get back into it.

The half marathon is the only thing I'd be worried about. I ran a 5k a few years ago more or less straight off the couch. 10k isn't much if you've been running consistently, even with 2 weeks off.

Yea 5 and 10k are easy. Main thing is I want better times than previous 10k and half attempts and currently my times suck.

Run when I can cause it has been stormy af the last week.

I ran 8mi Sat, 6mi Sun, 5k Tues, skipped Wed cause I slept weird, 5k yesterday.

Weekends are basically run as far as I can before hitting a too slow mark.

Ran 13.3mi yesterday, 6.5 today.

Of course about 6.3 into the 6.5 I tripped on a cellar door that stuck out more than expected. I now have 2 bandaids on my knee and 2 on my left hand
