good justification for a name change (acceptable justification imo is just wanting to). not unprecedented i think for an infamous person to trigger a bit of an exodus from their name. i wouldn't want to put kids through being Mister or Miss Epstein.
maybe changing your name every 20y as a matter of practice could be made a thing. could even have a big name exchange. really get the melting pot going.
