For example in the tank it would be nice to know where the gunner is shooting while driving from first person.

the turret can spin 360 degrees so why does it matter?

It matters so that the tank could look in that direction and take the kill. No, but seriously it would be good for improving teamwork.

true, but in helicopters it can not.

How many times have you accused your gunner of being a noob because he happened to be looking the other way?

to know

1) if you're gunner see's something
2) if your 6 is covered

it'd be nice to have some sort of display at the bottom.

I reckon there should be a way for the gunner to shout "Stop" to their driver. It's so damn annoying when you see some sneaky bastard creep into a friendly base and you know there's no-one there. You try to shoot and kill him but your driver's going too fast.
Urgh. Hate that.

and then the driver realizes, reverses and kills the guy you saw

in helicopters it would be really usefull actually. Just a little indicator in the bottum showing wich way he is looking at with the turret. Not the rocket, because that one can only look forward.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that little feature is already there.  Look at the bottom center of the heli cockpit, and you will see a rectangle with a square in it.  Which ever side the square is on is where the gunner is looking.

I think its fine, I know exactly where my gunner is looking with that display. Personally I disagree with the idea of being able to see where your tank gunner is looking. Its unrealistic and it would make the game more unrealistic than it already is. And there is a way to tell your driver to stop if you see someone. Just use the radio and click enemy spotted, if your driver is smart they'll see/hear this and go back so you can get the kill, and he the driver kill assist.

It would be an improvement...but not manditory. There is always the option of looking to see where the bullets are headed.

Hows about having 3 crew members in armour

Tanks
1 Driver
1 Main Gunner
1 Turret Gunner

APCs
1 Driver
1 Gunner

Where do u only get a crew of 2 in a tank unless it an old WW2 ie Italian or japanese tank
What tank do you see the driver maning the main gun.........
Driving and firing at the same time sames abit hard to me spec in real life, try driving a tank backwards while trying to fire the main gun, with trying to look where the hell you are going, ok on open terrain but in built up areas you get hung up by a wall tree lampost or whatever else is in your way.............

PLEASE PUT ANOTHER CREW MEMBER IN THE ARMOUR

No offence or anything but the last thing we need is more people in tanks

If i was at DICE, i would make it my duty to make it as hard as possible to drive armor. I would be and ass and make you hit R to reload after you shoot.

I agree with that.  As long as there's a pilot and gunner for attack helos, it's only fair they do the same with tanks
