You got that right. My parents lucked out and bought their place 9 years ago for a "cheap" 250k. That was before the housing boom. The guy who invented those damn beenie babies had a place down the canal that sold for more than that other guys.Kmarion wrote:

Ah.. Good ol' Bayshore Blvd... I used to live at the end of Howard Ave (by the bay) in my Grandma's apt (after she passed while we got her stuff together). I would sit on the sidewalk (you know the one I'm writing about) with a scotch and watch all of the beautiful women rollerblade/jog. I loved Tampa area. However, traffic sucked (I-4), Ulmerton road.. UGH. For some odd reason it doesn't surprise me that people were jet skiing down the street.... I used to jet ski in that dirty bay around Davis Island.Kmarion wrote:

My route was Swann south to Bayshore, Howard East to Magnolia.
