I was with tiscali "unlimited" dial up back in the day before BB was available in my area, and they started to pull that "you're using it too much" crap with me (and that wasn't in the small print, or anywhere else in the contract). Customer service was shockingly BAD, took about 2 hours to get through, and when you did you couldn't understand a bloody word they were saying cus they were foreign. In the end I told them to shove it up their arse, which also proved to be a pain to do (excuse the pun!), they didn't seem to want to believe me when I said I wanted to cancel my account so I had to get my bank to stop paying them in the end. They then whined and bitched about it for a few months, saying I owed them money. Nothing ever came of it though.
I'm on 8Mb Demon BB now, have been on Demon BB for about 4 years now, I couldn't tell you what their customer support is like because I have never had to use it, and in those 4 years it's only been down once, and that was scheduled downtime
