No. Vietnam didn't "win" anything. North Vietnam still "existed" once we left and without an American pressence in the South, managed to walk down and make the South communist.

Not a single major offensive VC operation was successful.So yeah, I suppose you could say the VC won the war, but be sure to note that it was AFTER we willingly left on our own accord and left the South without an organized or equipped army to defend itself.
